- Direct Account Unlock Capability: Marketplace administrators can now view worker account lock status and unlock locked accounts directly through the WorkN admin portal, eliminating the need to submit support tickets for routine unlock requests.
- Streamlined User Support: When workers struggle with password resets after being locked out (following 5 consecutive incorrect login attempts), administrators can quickly resolve access issues without external support intervention.
- Immediate Resolution: Account unlock actions take effect immediately, allowing workers to regain access without waiting for support ticket processing or complex password reset procedures.
- Failed Login Reset: When administrators unlock an account, the system automatically resets the failed login attempt counter to zero, fully restoring normal login functionality.

- Reduced Support Burden: Previously, every locked account required a support ticket submission, creating delays for workers who needed immediate access and generating unnecessary support volume.
- Operational Efficiency: Marketplace administrators are best positioned to verify worker identity and can resolve access issues immediately, rather than routing through external support channels.
- Enhanced Service Delivery: Staffing firms can provide immediate resolution to their workers' login issues, maintaining better client relationships and reducing friction in the user experience.
